Sports pocket schedules have been produced for over 100 years. And, like other forms of sports memorabilia, e.g., baseball cards, programs, scorecards, ticket stubs, etc. they are coveted by collectors.
Pocket schedule collectors call them skeds.
Many sked collectors specialize in a particular sport or theme.
Some only collect baseball skeds, while others may only collect football or hockey skeds.
Some collectors want any sked they can get there hands on, even from different countries. Japanese baseball and English football are just two examples.
Many collectors focus on skeds from their region of the country. While others concentrate on one team.
The focus of this collection is college football.
Some of the schedules on this website are not true "pocket" schedules. Many schools issued decal
skeds in the late 1920's and into the 1940's. Another popular type of schedules were die-cut. Football shaped schedules were very common along with
player, mascot and logo shaped skeds.
This website is ever evolving. I hope to have all the skeds from my collection scanned in over the few months. So check in often.
